Welcome to the Missouri City Clerks and Finance Officers Association’s website. This site has been created for those wanting to know more about our organization and to be used as a resource tool from which to go to other sites that can inform, educate and advise our members on municipal matters.
The MoCCFOA’s main goal is education. In our Library section, you will find ongoing scholarship opportunities that pay partial or full registration and/or housing to attend relevant Missouri and International Certification Conferences and Seminars.
Each city, township or village incorporated within the State of Missouri must, by law, have a City Clerk. Each may have a different title or responsibilities, but all share the common bond of serving the Mayor, Aldermen or City Council, and residents of their City.
